Privacy Policy

This notice explains what data the n8n-mcp.com landing site processes, why, and what choices you have. The short version: no accounts, and no analytics cookies unless you accept Google Analytics in the cookie banner.

Who is responsible

The controller is Romuald Członkowski, trading as AiAdvisors, Polish tax ID (NIP) 1181924948, REGON 364452361. For any privacy question, data request or to withdraw consent, email romuald@aiadvisors.pl.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers only the n8n-mcp.com landing site and its documentation pages. The n8n-mcp service itself (the dashboard, hosted MCP and chat agent) has its own policy: for the n8n-mcp service and dashboard, see its privacy policy.

What this site processes

The landing site has no accounts or sign-up. The only place we ask you for personal data is the contact form.

Contact form. If you use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address, the topic you pick, your message and the time of sending. Your browser sends them directly to an n8n automation server we operate (n8n.aiservices.pl), which we use to receive and answer your inquiry. You can also email us instead. We use this data only to reply to you and handle any follow-up. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where you ask about our services, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering messages, Article 6(1)(f).

Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the requested URL and the time, to deliver the page, keep it secure and diagnose errors. These logs are kept according to Vercel's terms. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Embedded videos. Community videos are shown as static thumbnails served through our own host. Only when you click play does your browser load the player from youtube-nocookie.com. Google (YouTube) then receives your IP address and may store data in your browser under Google's privacy policy.

GitHub star count. To show the project's current star count, your browser requests public repository data from api.github.com, so GitHub receives your IP address and user agent. No other data is sent. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Outbound links. Links to GitHub, the n8n-mcp dashboard, n8n and AiAdvisors open those sites directly. Once you arrive, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate statistics on page views and page performance. According to Vercel's documentation, they don't use cookies, and the identifier used to count a visit is discarded after 24 hours, so you can't be recognised across days or sites. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it fast.

Performance and error monitoring (Grafana Faro)

We use Grafana Faro, a front-end monitoring tool from Grafana Labs, to find errors and slow pages. It records the pages you view, JavaScript errors, page-load and Core Web Vitals timings, timings of the site's own network requests, your browser and operating system type, which sections of the page come into view, which main buttons you click, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.

Faro keeps a random session identifier in your browser's localStorage (com.grafana.faro.session), which expires after 15 minutes of inactivity and at most after 4 hours. It also keeps the last navigation ID in sessionStorage (com.grafana.faro.lastNavigationId). The data is sent first to our own site (/api/collect) and forwarded from there to Grafana Cloud, so Grafana Labs doesn't receive your IP address. We don't collect your name, email or form contents this way. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and fast, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Google Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to see anonymous, aggregate usage statistics: which pages are read and how visitors find the site. We don't use this data to identify individuals or for advertising, and advertising storage is always denied.

The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode. Before you choose, and if you reject, Google may receive cookieless signals such as a page view and your consent status, without an identifier that would recognise you on a later visit. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner.

Legal basis: your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google may process data in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via (also in the site footer). Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that took place before it.

Browser storage

Your browser's localStorage remembers your cookie choice under the key cookie-consent and your light/dark theme under theme. Neither is sent to us or anyone else. The Faro session keys are described above.

Transfers outside the EEA

Vercel, Google, GitHub and Grafana Labs may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, GDPR transfer mechanisms apply: an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or standard contractual clauses. You can ask the controller for details of the safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email romuald@aiadvisors.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your country of residence.

Changes

We'll update this page if the way the site processes data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
